About Us

In 1987 Tammy and Greg Aprahamian started with a small duplex in West Allis, Wisconsin. Through the years, we have grown and expanded and have proudly served the Whitewater area. We own several shops along downtown and apartments that are within walking distance from campus. Whitewater holds a special place in our hearts. The community and friends we have made through the years show us why it is truly a great place to live.
